LEADERSHIP TEAM

Ryan Bates

Ryan has experience that spans across 14 years, from starting out as an engineering apprentice, then spending 5 years in the RAF as a mechanical engineer. His experience in the food and beverage industry includes various processes including baked products, ready meals, and chilled foods.

Ryan enjoys getting stuck into the problems presented to him and loves nothing more than building relationships with satisfied clients.

Liam Worthington

Liam started his career at Stanley Black & Decker where he carried out and completed an apprenticeship in electrical and electronic engineering. He then worked in glass manufacturing before moving into the food industry.

Liam has experience across a range of processes and thrives on the challenges that the food and beverage industry presents.
